Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Chic Carry website (the "Site") or placing an order. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We are based in Portugal (European Union) and sell to customers in the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into legally binding contracts to place an order on our Site.

3. Products

  • We make every effort to display our products, including colours, materials and finishes, as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device's display.
  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices displayed on the Site are in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable UK VAT, unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payment via Shopify Payments (including credit/debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay) and PayPal.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Full payment is required at the time of placing your order.

5. Order acceptance

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
  • We will send you an order confirmation by email once your order has been received. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch the products.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. Delivery

  • We work with international suppliers, and your order is shipped directly from our supplier's fulfilment location to your UK delivery address. Delivery times and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
  • Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

7. Your right to cancel (UK customers)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. Beyond this statutory minimum, Chic Carry offers an extended 30-day return window as a goodwill policy. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. If a product you receive is faulty or damaged, please contact us at support@chiccarry.co and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics and design, is the property of Chic Carry or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chic Carry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of products, except where such liability cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law (including in relation to death, personal injury, or fraud).

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory statutory consumer protection rights you are entitled to under the laws of the United Kingdom as a UK consumer, which remain fully applicable and cannot be waived by these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
