We work with international suppliers, and your order is shipped directly from our supplier's fulfilment location to your UK delivery address, with full tracking.

Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders over £40 within the UK.

Orders under £40 have a £5.00 shipping fee. Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days.

Yes. All orders include full tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay — securely processed via Shopify Payments
PayPal

All payments are protected with SSL/TLS encryption, and we do not store your card details.

For orders with a total value of £135 or below, applicable UK VAT is included at checkout, so you shouldn't be charged import VAT again on delivery.

Orders over £135 may be subject to additional customs duty or import VAT collected by the courier on delivery, which is the customer's responsibility.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return unused items in their original condition for a full refund. This includes your 14-day statutory right to cancel under UK consumer law.

If the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 28 days of us receiving your return.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@chiccarry.co with your order number and, ideally, photos, so we can arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you.
