# Shipping Policy

All online orders are shipped directly from our supplier to the delivery address provided at checkout.

UK & international deliveries are sent using tracked courier services.

Tracking
All orders include full tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

International Orders
Most orders under £135 are not subject to UK customs/import duty. Orders over £135 may be subject to HMRC charges, which are the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange items for a full refund. This includes your 14-day statutory right to cancel under UK consumer law. We offer free return shipping within the UK.

To start a return or exchange, email support@chiccarry.co stating your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address for your order.

Delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 28 days of us receiving your return.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This is not an acceptance of your order, only confirmation we have received it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if, for example, payment cannot be authorised, the item is out of stock, or it does not meet our quality standards.
