Shipping Policy — Chic Carry
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship and deliver your Chic Carry order to the United Kingdom, working with international suppliers.
1. Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping methods and delivery times

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed, and may vary due to customs processing or courier delays outside our control.
3. Shipping costs and duties
All shipping costs, applicable UK VAT and customs duties are calculated and included at checkout — the price you pay is the final price, with no surprise charges on delivery.
4. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@chiccarry.co.
5. Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address, including postcode, is accurate and complete at checkout. Chic Carry is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
6. Lost or delayed shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@chiccarry.co with your order number, and we will investigate with our shipping carrier and keep you updated.
7. Customs and import (United Kingdom)
Since Chic Carry works with international suppliers shipping to the United Kingdom, shipments may pass through customs. As noted above, applicable UK VAT is included at checkout for orders up to £135, so you shouldn't be charged import VAT again on delivery. Orders over £135 may be subject to additional customs duty or import VAT collected by the courier, which is the customer's responsibility. In the event of an additional customs charge, please contact us at support@chiccarry.co and we will assist you.
